Kansas City Missouri's New Development Code

KCMO's new Development Code goes in to effect June 1, 2010 and will replace the current zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations.  James C. Bowers, Jr. is a leader in land use and real estate development throughout the Greater Kansas City area. The focus of Jim's practice is public law, including development, redevelopment, zoning, variances, tax increment financing, and condemnation.  Jim earned his B.S.B.A and J.D. from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
